Please do not use social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for appointment changes, as these messages may not be monitored during business hours.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $150 fee. Patients who reschedule appointments two or more times may be required to prepay for future appointments. A valid card on file is required.
